The villa features a heated pool with waterfall and wooden sundeck surrounded by a modern style design and color-changing lights that can be adjusted to any mood. From the pool you can access the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the jacuzzi with outstanding views of the ocean, soak up the sun and enjoy the barbecue area underneath a palm tree pergola whilst taking in the amazing views.

The main part of the house, all on the same level, has an independent, fully equipped and beautifully decorated kitchen, with direct access to the pool area as well as the living room, which has a large dining table and seating area with large smart tv and IPTV, providing channels from all over the world.

The tastefully decorated master bedroom also enjoys large terrace doors with direct access to the pool area and has its own private bathroom with a dressing table and walk-in rain shower.

The second double bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom, has a tropical touch with a large display window with beautiful arecas; a popular ornamental plant, prized for its power to remove toxins from the air. The bathroom has an impressive bathtub for two, within a large shower area with a rain effect.

A third bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobes, makes the villa perfect for families. Next to this bedroom we will find a huge third bathroom with an accessible shower.

A small private parking space is a fantastic feature in case you want to rent a car during your stay to discover the island.
