Villa Drago is an exceptional three bedroom luxury villa in the heart of Puerto del Carmen that has been totally renovated and redecorated to the highest standards. The property is in a quiet residential area but just a two minute walk from the beach “Playa Grande” in Puerto del Carmen and some of the best restaurants on the island.

Upon entering the property there’s an ample entrance hall that leads to all three bedrooms and a beautiful wooden staircase to the top floor. On the left, you’ll find a tastefully decorated master bedroom with a king sized bed and a lovely terrace overlooking the pool. On one side there is a spacious dressing room and on the other a large window to what has to be one of the most incredible bathrooms in Lanzarote. Equipped with a large transparent bath and an ample shower and filled by luscious plants and flowers it exudes peace and relaxation from every corner. A roller blind on the large window to the master bedroom gives intimacy when needed.

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a silver armchair where its opulence it’s only matched by its comfort. A beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large shower is permanently filled with daylight through a round skylight. The third bedroom has two wide single beds and an armchair, and has views to the front terrace of the house.

A wooden staircase will take you to the living room in the top floor, an incredible spacious room filled with light from every corner which hosts a six-piece sofa in front of a 52″ SmartTV with IPTV with your favourite channels, a set-up Netflix account, an ample dining room that comfortably fits six people and a beautiful chaise lounge perfect for some evening reading. Next to the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchen, fitted with all mod cons, and elegantly decorated in pure white.

Once outside the house, you will find a partially covered pool with a gorgeous waterfall. Heated during the cooler months it can be used all year round. The terrace is filled with plenty of seating and sun-worshipping options, and the outside dining space includes a large table for six under a stunning wooden pergola. Right in front, an impressive barbeque with plenty of space for preparations of a delicious evening dinner.

An annex building, hosts an incredible games room that has a unique view of the swimming pool and includes a pool table, darts, ping pong, Playstation, and plenty of toys for the younger ones.
