Villa Alay is located less than 10 minutes walking from Marina Rubicón. A beautiful villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which has a large swimming pool with a Manrique-styled design, a huge south-facing terrace where the sun shines from the first hour of morning until sunset, and a children’s play area with a castle, swings and slide.

Entering through the main door, to the right we enter a very bright living-dining room with a modern fully equipped American kitchen, while the corridor on the left leads to the three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and television installation. The master bedroom, facing west, has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share a complete bathroom also with a shower. The second bedroom has a 1.60cm bed and fitted wardrobes, while the third bedroom has two single beds and a view of the playground, which we can access through a sliding door in the living room. Also from the living room we can access through another large sliding door to the terrace area, presided over by a huge pergola that shades the terrace table and sofa; a perfect place for lunch with beautiful views of the sea. The whole house has WIFI internet connectivity through fiber optics.

The huge pool, which can be heated at an extra cost, is 9 meters long and has Roman steps and two shallow areas where you can sunbathe while partially submerged. For those who prefer to sunbathe the traditional way, there are six excellent loungers from which to enjoy the Lanzarote sun. On the terrace we can also find a wonderful barbecue, and a private parking area, while in the back there is a children’s play area that will delight the little ones, and a utility room with a washing machine and an area to hang clothes.

The house is located in the Atlántico Rubicón complex, a privileged environment with the mountains of Los Ajaches Park on one side, and the ocean and the busy port of Marina Rubicón on the other. There we can enjoy some of the best restaurants on the island, and a multitude of shops and bars, as well as a traditional market twice a week.
